Power Skating

 
Camp Features:

4 Week Program
  • Modern stride techniques, full leg extension and recovery
  • Edge work, lateral movement, balance and control
  • Resistant bands, speed, power, explosiveness 
This is a technical Camp that provides players the opportunity to improve the most critical skill in todays game.  
This is not a learn to skate program.
U7 players are required to have a basic understanding of how to skate, can fall and get up on their own.

Location:

Windsor Stadium, GFW

Age Groups:
  • Group 1:  (U11-U9)  2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 stronger 2018 can apply
  • Group 2:  (U11-U9)  2013, 2014, 2015
  • Group 2:  (U13-U15)  2009, 2010, 2011, 2012
Players could be moved around a little pending on skill level

Group 1 (Wednesday) 5:00-6:00pm April 10, 17, 24 May 1
Group 2 (Tuesday) 5:00-6:00pm April 9, 16, 23 30
Group 3 (Thursday) 6:10-7:10pm April 11, 18, 25 May 2

Cost:

Camp:    $100.00
HST:        $15.00
Total:      $115.00
