Camp Focus for Defencemen:
Specialized Defencemen concepts taught include:
- Session 1: Transition, lateral movement, angling, pivoting, shot selection
- Session 2: Reading the rush, gap control, partner support, hinge play and first pass
- Session 3: Stick positioning, containment, net presence, 1 on 1
